My 1993 lost all 4 regulators within a 2 week period...

I was looking fo that step-by-step guide mentioned in this post. Does anyone have that handy?? I have removed the motors and tested them, I figure I will need to drill out the rivet to remove it. But if there is a good procedure for this I would really appreciate it..
