 Trans Shifting Hard
1994 Bronco 4WD, 5.0. Here is the problem,Trans intermittently starts shifting hard through the gears and sometimes it feels like it goes into neutral and the ABS light is on.
I drove the truck with a hand held scanner and when the erratic shifting happens it reads 0 MPH on the vehicle speed sensor line,but the speedo is correct,when it shifts normal the scanner reads the correct MPH. I changed the VSS and still the same intermittent problem. all the while the ABS light is on. The trans was rebuilt about a month ago and the vehicle has 110,000 miles. Any help would be appreciated. |
