Hello, I am going through this right now with my 2004 Sport Trac. It is in the shop right now and they are replacing a shift solenoid. Just 700 miles out of warranty and it is costing me $603.00 from the Ford dealer. If you look on other fourms there is a lot of problems with this especially the explorer series. There is also a TSB out covering this problem so Ford knows they a selling deffective product. Between this and the terrible service from the local dealership I am thinking about trading my sport trac in. |
