 Sunroof Exploded!
I'm reaching out to ask if anyone has suggestions on what to do. I was driving at about 70 mph, AC on, sunroof & shade closed and we heard what sounded like a small bomb went off inside the car then we heard the sound of air as if the sunroof was open. We pulled over and looked on top of the car. There was a large hole in the glass about the size of a dinner plate and the rest was completely shattered. It actually looked as if someone had punched the glass from the inside because the rest of the sunroof was bowed upward. There's no evidence of anything hitting the car, besides we would have seen something that large coming at us. This was very scarry & I just thank God that the shade was closed as the glass would have surely flown into the car. My mom was in the passenger side & my son in the back seat! |
