Default 1965 Falcon Sprint Convertible Question

A friend told me about an old Falcon convertible sitting under a tree at a farm nearby, so I went today to check it out. The owner told me it was for sale, and here's what I found. It's a white 1965 Falcon Sprint Convertible, V-8 (appears to be original), 4 speed, console, wood tone steering wheel. This car actually has a tree growing through the floor, and right through the roof. It has been outside for 20+ years with a torn top. This car is WAY beyond restoring! There are no floors, the doors are falling off, the trunk floor is gone....I seriously doubt this can be moved without breaking apart. But.....he does have a clear title. My question is this.....is this car worth anthing?? I suppose the remaining parts should be worth something? The asking price is $800.00.
