Stop....did you check the switch. Why are you assuming it's the motor when you already have the switch out??? just had similar problem with a different model and it was the switch. We have these junk yards that let you go in and remove the part you need. I was in and out in 2 minutes and had the switch I needed. Never had to take the door apart. I'd start there before you get a new motor and that one don't work either.
