You can get one from Helm, Inc like I did, look here: Helm Incorporated: Product: 2001 Escape Wiring Diagrams. Costs more than my '09 though!

A account at AllDataDIY:ALLDATAdiy.com :: Leading Source of Diagnostic and Repair Information would be cheaper as you can view wiring diagrams too.
