This does not seem to be a common complaint around here.

(2) How comfortable is it for long high way trips? I will be travelling for aoubt 500 mile each trip.
I have not heard any complaints.

Is it noisy ?
Depending on what you consider noisy and what tires you get. For several years they came with Continentals, which I considered noisy. Someone told me the new ones now have a different tire.

(3) I heard about Ford's financial crisis. What will happen to my new car if something happens to company?
Geez ! Haven't you been listening to the news ? While Ford is not out of the woods, they are in better shape than most car companies, including the Japanese, who are quietly getting low cost loans from their government. This should be the least of your worries.

(4) How is the trade in policy after 3 years? Is the process smooth or hard?
That depends greatly on your dealer and what part of the country you live in.

You said you were interested in 4WD. Why ? Do you drive a lot of dirt roads or live where there is a lot of snow ? IMHO, the 4WD is not worth the cost of losing 2 mpg both city and highway.

However, if you are even remotely thinking of towing somethings then absolutely get the 4WD AND the factory installed trailer towing package !

The flip side is, if you will never be towing and are primarily going to use it on pavement, then you should seriously consider the 4 cylinder engine. I drove my sisters '09 and was very pleasant surprised at the performance as well as the mileage !
