So if your getting 12volts to the fan, what else do we need....ground right?
The blower gets grounded from the blower speed switch in the dash, through the resistor. So follow the ground side of the blower circuit, and answer these questions: Does my blower switch provide switched ground to the resistor? Is my resistor in turn grounding my blower. I hope this is helpful.
