Yep the suspended PTFE particles get stuck in your filter cause filters trap particles like dirt, nothing like a Teflon coated filter that is plugging the oil flow to your engine. Last time I read the bottle it said "Shake Well before using" never shake any oil going into an engine cause it creates air pockets that can damage bearings.
However I have used Duralube in the past. Duralube was a proven product.
P.S. I had my 1978 Mustang II V8 302 engine seize on Slick 50 with just over 80k on the clock, Slick 50 said I had to prove the engine failed due to the Slick 50 to warranty it, My mechanic said it was impossible to prove it.
