Thanks for the replies.

I was able to use a 1/2 inch drive breaker bar, (fit the square cut out perfectly). I put the belt around the altenator pulley last, got it started and then had someone bump the engine to walk the belt onto the altenator pulley completely.
Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
