I assume you are referring to a 7 blade trailer connector.

Sorry, there is much more to it than simply swapping connectors. You will have to add wiring and relays from the fuse box to under the dash (where you will mount the brake controller) all the way to the rear.

I suggest you find a shop that specialize in trailer hitches and wiring. With a brake controller, expect to pay over $300 !
