Well, GB - I took just my key to the ignition - it started - I put it in reverse - I was gonna test drive it around the block - before I could get all the way out of the driveway - everything happened again and THEN my van started huffing and puffing and cut out. I had the headlights on to check those - they went out in reverse - when the van died - I tried to recrank - it would not turn over at all - remember this is a brand new battery - I had turned my headlights off - they were still on now that the car was off and my dashboard was dinging that my headlights were on even though they were off and then the lights started to flash on and off - they key wasnt even in the ignition any more. So, I unhooked the battery and called AAA to tow it to the Ford Service Station. I guess we will see what they say. I will update all and letcha know. |
