Paging alarm system especially if stuff is getting taken from your driveway, You can set it up to trigger a horn or leave it silent at the car and just have it page in your house so you can catch them. Wiring up a break wire to set off the alarm if they try to take your ladders again will set the alarm off.

Do your self a favor and try some dedicated gas
line dryer, Double or even triple dose it, It's cheaper
then throwing parts at a problem that doesn't throw
codes!!
