This is a big job. I suggest you let a professional handle it. If done incorrectly you could cause a fire or your trailer brakes to lock up completely or not function at all.
I took a better look under the dash and the rear end at the factory 4 way plug. I do have the electric brake plug under the dash and there is the blue trailer brake wire in the rear taped to the trailer harness.

I went by a trailer place and the guy said the same thing that I found. So I picked up a Hopkins Multi-Tow Adapter (part # 47185). It's a 4 wire flat to a 4 wire flat and 7 blade adapter.

The factory 4 wire harness plugs in the back and then you have 4 extra wires to hook up.

Black = 12V AUX Power Lead
White = Ground (thicker wire than the normal 4 way wire)
Blue = Electric Brakes
Purple = Reverse lights for trailer. (if needed)

With this adapter I can have electric brakes for my car trailer. I just need to run a fused power wire from the battery to the Black wire at the adapter for the brakes.
