I've got an '01 Windstar and have been having problems with rough idling. Noticed the bushing was missing from the front IMRC linkage. Got a new one from Town & Country Ford in Louisville for about $6. Took about 15 min to install. Have not noticed any improvement in performance. I have not been tracking my MPG so i cannot comment on that. Did not fix the rough idle problems... still looking.
