Default Compare things

Hi,
2005 Freestar Sport loaded...62000km
Here are problems I have and Ford says normal so I just want to compare.....
#1. Have to pull hard on rear handle to open liftgate.
#2. Hard to explain but if you move forward and stop and put van in reverse to enter driveway the van will reverse but starts with a jerking motion.....no clunking...this is intermittent.......
#3. If parked on an incline and I put it in D, and have to wait for a car to pass before I go back on main road I have to give gas to keep van from rolling back.
#4. I find hard on gas....I have a digital meter and tells me MPG, in my case I have KM and it shows 14.1L for 100Km AVG...calculated a trip of 1600km and I had averaged 26MPG so I guess I shouldn't rely on what the display tells me...

Other than that really satisfied with van so far.
thanks
Luc
