Default changing power point to turn OFF when engine is off?

Hi --

Sorry for two newbie posts in a row (new this forum; my "new" '06 E350 is my third Econoline, but the first passenger van style).

There are three powerpoints: the cig lighter and another in the dash, and one behind the driver's seat. They are all hot all the time, even when the engine is off. I'd like to have at least one (presumably the one behind the driver' seat) that turns off when the engine is off. (Why? I want to plug in a 12V power pack that will charge when the engine is running, but not when the engine is off. Then I will run my computer, 12V lantern, etc off the 12V power pack when camping).

How could that powerpoint be rewired to shut off when the engine is off, and what sort of shop (auto electric? alarm?) should I go to for the work?

Thanks,
Torks97
