Default Found it!

I am replying to all the post on this page. After some trial and error I located the sending unit. It is right below the intake on the back of the block drivers side. It is the only thing that is there that has a wire going to it. However, something I found out is that Autozone, Ford, and a local autoparts store have the incorrect part number.

So, my suggestion would be locate anything in that general area and disconnect it and start the engine and see if you get oil pressure if you do... then that is not the right wire. However, on the other hand if you don't then you have found the correct one. The only way that I got the right one was is to look at it and then find one like it. Napa is the only place that I found that had the correct part for my make and model. Good luck to all. Later.
