Default Recently purchased a P71...and I have a few questions!

Hello everyone; I decided to buy a P71 and I have a few questions about it.

1) Behind the grill & in front of the engine there are two speaker-looking-like items. Would they both be from the horn? Or could one/both be for a siren/PA system?
2) My electric driver seat won't go forward or backwards at all. It'll raise the supports, but that's it.
3) I do have rust around a wheel well and on the seat brackets inside of the car, how can I get them fixed?
4) Where can I buy replacement parts for my P71?
5) My spotlight will revolve around its arm, but I cannot get it to rotate from side to side. What can I do?
6) Would a Maaco paint job be sufficient for myself to get a newer looking vehicle?

Thanks SO much...I'm definitely new to this!
