Default No Dash lights when cold

I have the same problem with my 91 Festiva. The dash has both the speedometer and the tachometer. No dash lights when cold...they will suddenly come on after the car is warm. Also, I seem to have the same issue with my left dash blinker indicator. I was wondering if there might be a crack in the circuit board???? Let me know if you find a solution to yours!! zman_905 at yahoo.com. Good luck.
