Default blinking overdrive light in Expo Help

JL- I am having this issue too. It seems like the vehicle is stuck in overdrive. It has no low end torque unless I manually shift it into 1st or second. In your opinion is this more likely to be caused by a sensor or computer problem or a symptom of a larger transmission issue? The check engine light is also on.
Thanks for your thoughts.

if it blinks like one long, then four short flashes (for example), it's flashing the actual fault code.
