Default 2006 Expedition charging system lights

2006 Expedition with 28000 miles still under warrenty
purchased the Expedition at willey ford dealer in Utah.
Expedition for only 1 week. They claim that the suv was check with a qaulity check list or whatever the ford options in utah. Thinking that it was a good shape and running fine.
NOT ! I live 38 miles from the dealer and the time spent running down to the dealer and fuel is another story...

The charging system light is coming on... The SUV is putting out but doesnt cut off...
first time they thought it was the battery..
one day later it showing up again...They stated it should be fine and good to go...
second time bring in the SUV....
they checked the alterator and recharged the battery... They stated it should be fine and good to go...
Now im sitting in the lobby typing out this post in the form.... lets see what else they come up with...

Anyone have any idea or have had this type of problems...
