ICM = ignition control module?
Check the voltage of your pick up assembly, it should change voltage as you turn the motor over. Also check the resistance of your coil wire. Should be around 80,000 Ω per foot. Check that the distributor is turning over and that a timing chain isn't broken. Inspect the cap and rotor and make sure that the termninals aren't broke or wore.
