Default 1999 F150 EGR Problems!!

The light comes on ive take it off cleaned it out. then it still messed up..then I took off the throttle body and the first hole leading to the EGR was plugged cleaned it out it ran for 100 miles and the check engine light came on i dont know what to do..Help
