I have precisely the same problem...a jammed cd player. I shall try Generatorman's suggested repair, but I was wondering if I need to dig out a code from my file? I cant find an Audio Systems Operating Guide in my original purchasing paper work. Is this a four digit code...I have something stapled to my file saying "record and detach".
Finally, we had to have our keys re-programmed and changed when my purse was stolen, does this make a difference?
