Default I have the answer to water in passenger side floor

I have a 2001 Ford Focus. After I bought the car (while still under warranty), water started leaking into the passenger side floor. I took the car to the dealership where I bought it and they could not find a problem. The leaking continued. It then rained and poured all over my brand new video camera. I was not happy. I took the car to the dealership where I live and told them what had happened. They said they also could not find a problem......yet the car never leaked again. Recently after doing routine maintenance my husband discovered a black spray painted "For Sale" sign lodged over the cabin air filter. The dealership of course denies they put it there, but I know the car wasn't built that way, and why did the leaking stop after taking it to them????? I have done some research and realize this is a common problem for Ford. If you are having this problem, try laying a water hose over the passenger windshield wiper and see if it doesn't come through the seal into the floor. You will notice it immediately, but have a wet/dry vac handy. There needs to be a recall. I have already made a complaint with The Office of Defects Investigations. If you are having this problem, PLEASE make a complaint with them also. Ford needs to pay for their stupidity! If you know anywhere else I can make a complaint for this, please let me know.
