Default Crank No Start V10

I'm not getting fuel at the fuel rail. Bump switch is OK along with the fuses. 21,000 miles on this truck. Where is the fuel pump relay located??? I have a 2002 F250 V10 crew short bed. There are two small boxes under the hood in front of the brake booster that have two 1 inch by 1 inch relays in them. The fuse pannel behind the lower dash does not seem to have the pump relay either. The new relay that I got from the dealer (Ford) is 1/2 inch by 1 inch with 5 prongs, I can't find anything that looks like it. Any ideas where else to look? The Haynes manual that I have said to look "behind the radio in the center of the dash" I cant see it there.
