With the browm wire mod. Yes, you can. You can do burn outs, but you cant sit there and roast through tires after tires. But yes, the brown wire mod is designed to let you have true 2WD. I wouldnt pull the fuse, because its not a good idea if you need 4wd to put it back in. I would recomend the brown wire mod.
