Thats all it could take to get that mileage is just one sticking injector. Also the warranty and TSB probably both talking about repairing and replacing a defective injector, not injectors that could fail. Finally what are they replacing the bad injectors with, it wouldn't suprise me if they were using the same injectors they took out.... so changing all of the injectors may not gain you in the long run anyway.
