Default Reffiling coolant-AU fairmont. HELP?

Hello i have a 2002 Au fairmont. Myself and my dad have just put a new radiator in and are not sure on how to refill the coolant back into it. is there anything special about it? dad said something about air because the block sits higher than the radiator. do we need to take out one of the small bolts to drain the air? There is a small bolt in the block that sits at the front but we are not sure on taking it out as it could ba something totally different.

Sorry i dont know much and if you can make sense of what im trying to ask please reply.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Scott.
