Default Pictures of my torque converter seal change...EXCELLENT PHOTOS OF ENGINE/TRANSMISSION

I included the picture of the murky coolant, that came out the engine, is this normal?

Which is the seal that I need to change? Nothing looks screwed up so far.

One of the drive axles fell out when I was yanking out from under the van. It didn't seem to be fastened on. Can I just slide it back in or does it need a seal change too?
