Default 98 4.2 Locked up & Antifreeze in oil ?????

Hey guys new to the forum but I have a 1998 4.2 liter e150. The van has 130,000 miles and I bought it with the motor locked up.... with antifreeze in the oil and small shaving in the oil. The shavings could be the head gasket or something more serious. The starter engages but just makes a nock noise when it engaged. I'm thinkiing it lost a head gasket or threw a rod or siezed one of the main bearings. The oil looked good and was not black. What do you guys think??

Thanks, Brad
