Default 1999 EB Expo with many scatch and dent problems

I just bought a 99 EB Expo and it has some of issues that I would like to get fixed ASAP.
1. The compass is stuck on "E" and I am unable to reset it via the compass module behind the mirror.
2. The Door locks take several presses of the unlock button in order to unlock completely (or lock).
3. The passenger side signal mirror has lost its reflective backing.
4. The rear wiper doesn't work but the rear washer fluid works just fine.
5. The keyless entry pad on the drivers side of the vehicle does not work and I was not given any type of code to make it work.
Any help or advice on any of these issues would be most helpful. I am a do-it-yourselfer whern I can be.
