got some more work done today.
here is the lower A arm. I was going to just clean it up and replace the ball joint on the orriginal, but the the price for the complete arm was so cheap at the mustang parts place, i just got two new ones.

this is the dry assemble, of the upper A arm and the granada spendle and the lower A arm. this is the passenger side.

I picked up the mustang lowered (praise the lowered) springs and you can see how they compare to the stockers.

[IMG][/IMG]

and this is how they sit on the upper A arm. you can also see the new ball joint is bolted in from the bottom of the A arm

[IMG][/IMG]

add new rubbers on top of the springs.

[IMG][/IMG]

now its time to clean the wheel well. this works pretty fast. wire wheel on a die grinder.

[IMG][/IMG]

and time to dry fit the new parts. note the brake line that will have to be bent 90 deg to work with the new hose for the disk brakes

[IMG][/IMG]

and add caliper bracet and the dust cover.

[IMG][/IMG]

thats all til next week. still got lots of clean up and final fit up to do.
but this should help the new guys know what the conversion looks like. BTW, its my first time too.
