Do you have any repair manuals? There is a brown fusible link, #4, #11, and #8 fuses (all 15 amp) control the power to the headlight switch. The #10 fuse (5 amp) is for the instrument cluster illumination. I would check around the starter solenoid for fusable links and also check for corrosion at the connections in the wire harness. I'm sorry I don't have a means of putting the diagram on here for you. I am hoping the fuse numbers may be a help.
