Newer F250 wheels will not work, they are 170mm bolt circle compared to the e250 van which are 165.1mm or 6 1/2. You have very limited room in the front wheel to fender clearance. When turning the rear part of the tire comes very close to the fender at the door hinge side. This cause a big problem for using wider than stock wheels. 265/75/16`s will just about squeek by providing your suspension hasn`t sagged yet.

A short time ago I was running American racing Mohaves with Toyo AT`s. 245/75/16E.
I am trying something different currently. I have 2- 16X8 wheels with 275/70/16`s which are 31.2 in diameter and 2- 18X9 wheel which will have 285/60/18 Nitto terra grapplers which are 31.3 diameter and not enough spread to upset ABS.

another thing to consider is wheel offset and back spacing up front. stock is around 4.75in. so a wheel with 4.5 backspacing will work if you keep it at 8 inch rim width...
Hope this was helpfull. I`ll know more in a few weeks bc I`m waiting for the rear wheels to arrive...PR...
