Default Problem with Ford Fusion lost electric power

I have a problem with my Ford Fusion 1,4 from 2006.
For a last 16 months I lost electric power on my car four times.
In service told me that I must drive the car
every 3-4 days and that I must drive minimum 5 km (to recharge
battery), because I drive the car only twice a week.
I checked the battery with standard optical hydrometer
It showed 1.1600. ( I checked last mounts it showed 1.180)
Is it OK or bad?

I checked with multimeter
After driving a car checked 12,66
After 2 day in garage checked 12,06
I am very worried because I must drive the car around.
I am frightened that the car will lose power again.

Please tell me what to do and what I must do to be sure of my car.

Can anyone halp me?
