Ive got a 1995 7.3 powerstroke Ive converted it to 4x4 and on 35" toyo MT I can get 22mpg on a road trip. Thats loaded with the family of 6. AC on and cruising at 60-65mph. It gets 14-17 mpg around town. The motor is box stock with a banks muffler. Van also has 4:10 gears so the engine RPM's are a little lower then most of your stock 2wd vans. Hope this helps.
