Default How to read the ABS error code on 98 WS?

Hello,
I am new here . I have a 98 WIndstar Gl . The ABS light on when speed up 60MPH before. Recently, it got worse and the ABS light will on when speed up 10 or 20 MPH.

I tried to let Autozone help me scan the ABS error code out. But they told me on way to do it.

The hard thing is that the ABS light will off when you shut down the car and it will not appear when you turn the key on.

SO, my question is : how to scan the ABS error code out? ANy special tools need? OR the only way is to go to dealor?

Thanks.
