Exclamation High Idle and Floods?

Ok, I went to look at a truck today, and I'm thinking about buying it. Except two problems. First when the truck warms up it idles just fine, but when it's warm it will switch to a high idle. Vacuum? Second, when running down the road the owner said sometimes you will let off the gas and the motor floods, causing you to have to pull start the truck! as a more experienced mechanic i know you don't have to pull start it.

I'm Thinking a vacuum problem for the idle, but I'm not sure about it flooding. Any Ideas?

The truck is a 93 f-150 with a 300 I6.

Thank You for your HELP!
