Default Need 2001 Ford Explorer Sport 6Cyl spark plug Diagram

Hello All, I am changing my spark plugs. I did 5 ,now I now how to change the 6th. I changed the drivers side wires and checked the car it is running rougher than ever. I need the diagram for the spark plug setup. I think I did it right ,now I'm not so sure. Also I have a chime that goes off all the time and there is nothing wrong with the car,it goes off also sometimes when I go uphill. I heard it was a recall defect. How can I shut it off.
