Default Do many RWD/2WD Rangers have LSD?

I'm looking to replace my 2.3L 1995 Ford Ranger with something newer and more powerful some day. Anyone have any idea whether there are many RWD/2WD Rangers with limited slip differential? I'd rather have that than a 4WD, but the 4WD trucks are much more common. I have identified the axle codes, so I know what to look for if I get my hands on the truck, but looking at ads it is hard to tell. I was just wondering if this is worth searching for or I should just give in and get a 4WD.

Thanks

Sue
