Default Replacing 1983 Radio

Hello everyone,

I have a question about replacing the radio in my 1983 LTD Crown Victoria. I recently got a used Sony Xplosion CDX MP40 stereo and am trying to replace the stock Ford radio. Unfortunately the original owner not only decided to get the analogue clock, but same with the radio.

I have 8 wires which were connected to the radio. I was able to replace the old radio with the new one, except for one small issue. The front left speaker doesn't seem to work anymore. I was able to find the wiring guide for new stereo, but i can't find any for the ford wiring.

If anyone has an suggestions on which wires control what on the car, or have a link to a guide. I was only able to find digital radio for the 1983, or a similar guide for a 1985.

Thanks in advance.
