 Similiar Problem
I am having a similar problem with my 99 Ranger. The transmission has a difficult time shifting into 2 gear and the OD light will flash after any significant hard shift. I am attempting to get the Codes mentioned earlier in order to diagnose this problem but a regular code reader (e.g. from autozone) Wont pick any up. I'm trying to avoid spending $100 taking it to a dealer just to let them plug in a computer and read me off some numbers. Any ideas? where can i get the codes read? |
