It all depends, The 7.3's last forever if their taken care of and yes if it is a passenger van the it most likley is a 350 450s are commonly for box trucks etc.. But before you start it make shure that the fuel isnt gelled up but its all up to you but if the price is right id take it but yet again diesel is almost 5.00 a gal well by me at least (chicago suburbs)
