Default 2wd lift

I have a 93 splash, 4.0 What I want is it to sit alittle higher in front. I know I can get 2in blocks but was wondering if the 4wd springs are longer than 2wd, cause i think just swaping springs would work, and of course the swaping the shocks.

Anyone done this, or can you explain why it wouldnt work?
Thanks
