Default 2006 e250 vacuum servo problem?

Hello to all
I have a strange problem withmy 2006 e250 van,when the a/c is on and you step down harder on the gas the dects go to a deFrost output mode, still cold
and as soon as you return to light or no throtle conditions output From the proper ducts resume. "The dealer put in a one way vacuum check valve but that did not Fix problem. "Anyone heard oF this problem?
