Default converting aod to 5 speed

hello i have an 85 mustang gt convertable i have pulled out the aod and switching to a new world class super duty . i know how to do all the work ,no problem . where im having trouble is what to do with the clutch nutrel switch ? i went to the bone yard and got a 5 speed trans wire harness but the plugs and colors are all different and the 85 auto harness does not just have the plugs lying around under the dash. my wife will also drive this as well so i think it working properly is important. also there are 3 switches on the new peddel ass... i know the far left one is the clutch nuteral and the center is the brake light so what is the third switch on the right . it is next to the cable pully for the clutch and has 2 wires on it , and i found where it pluged into but still dont know what it is.. help if you can
