A follow up! I have found that my issue started when my wife had started to drive my vehicle as well. She would move the seat to fit her shorter frame and that is when my light issues started. It seems that the harness is wrapped to tight and would pull lose the wires.

I fixed the lose wires and did a little adjustment with the wrap and have had no issues since. I greatly appreciate everyones posts and assistance in this matter. I hope that I have done my part to assist as well.
